What does it mean to blog?

I understand to blog as to participate in the website environment of the blog for developing a communication with  bloggers (who are people that participate actively in the blogs); or for sharing interests on the blog with other people.

It implicates to create a blog, or to have a blog where to interact in; to post entries regularly, to read other blogs; to comment other blogs websites and  that way to interact and to communicate the reactions about other people's blog; to make written compositions and publish them, or to upload images, photos, and maintaing a blog.
